Newbie problem.
  • When I first installed the app, I elected to instal it on the SD card. After taking a paid subscription and locating the user manual, I read that I should have kept it on the device so I moved it from the card to the device. When I tried to open the app a message came up "no SD card" and I couldn't open the app until I changed it back to the card. What do I do now?

    I would recommend making a backup of your data, just to be safe. Then uninstall the app completely and reinstall the the app and make sure it's not on the sdcard.

    After that you should be able to log in again and pull your database from the server. If for whatever reason something goes wrong, you'll have a backup you made earlier.
