Unable to sync
  • I'm getting a force close error when attempting to sync first device (T-mobile MyTouch 3G). I've tried logging in with both username and email.

    Can you download an app called LogCollector and install it on your phone?
    Reproduce the force close again and then run the logcollector app and email me the log.

    I'll look into the error.

    I got it. It seems like you're not running the latest version of android for your phone.
    Do you have the mytouch 3g slide or just the 3g?

  • Old phone is mytouch 3g slide. I hadn't thought about the fact that I haven't updated anything on it since getting the new phone. I will try that.
  • Carrier is tmobile, btw.
